Sharon started a series of Posts “100 details for 100 days”, I spent the afternoon with Sharon, she has challenged me to Post 100 details in 100 days too and she will be delighted in the morning when she reads that I have accepted her challenge…yes Sharon you read that right I have accepted your challenge and here is detail 1 posted today so that I will be in sink with you.
To get started I have gone back to the project that got me started into Crazy Quilting, this detail is one of the seams on the Vest that I made in November 1984.
Stitched with Rayon thread…short lengths of chain stitch worked in green with pink Lazy Daisies stitched in the spaces, create a simple vine…Lazy Daisies are made by working detached chain stitch in a circle and adding a colonial knot or bead for the centre.

Annie, this is a generous compitetion you have going on with Sharon. Thank you so much. May I ask if the line below your design is part of the design? If so please tell me how you did it. I am making notebooks for both of you and do not want to miss a thing. Thanks again.
