This Seam is 2 rows of a Feather Stitch Variation which is worked all on one side and then mirrored on the other side of the seam.
I didn’t really need to add beads to this seam because it does stand alone but as I have beaded every other seam on this stocking I added a single bead in each section the stitch forms.

Annie, that’s a beautiful feather stitch variation. For some reason I see it like a little lighted Christmas candle inside a teardrop shape or lantern.

Very Christmasy looking! If you turn it the other way, it might be Rudolph with his red nose. =) Yet another thing I wouldn’t have thought to do. I think I’m creativity-deprived! =)
