I merged the Dark space back into a blue sky by using metallic thread to do a couple of stars and a scattering of French Knots and then I placed 5 stars in the form of the Southern Cross Constellation to say that this piece was made down under in Oz Australia.
Just Below the Southern Cross is the west wind blowing a gentle breeze…a Button that reminds me of the drawings that surround old maps.

I think Iike this one the most although I also love the other details above of the sea and sun and the beach- but this one really appeals to me- I love looking at the nights sky and finding our beloved southern cross star formation.
