Annies Crazy World

The ebroidered Shells are made up of a straight stitch down one side and 4 buttonhole stitches done as in buttonhole wheel with small fly stitches at the bottom to finish the shell shape.

The Seaweed is Coral Stitch done in various shades of green silk ribbon.

As spring is my favourite season and the weather is nice enough to be outside to see and photograph the plants as they burst into flower I am going to post a flower a day just for the month of September…. todays flower is a Correa which is an Australian Native plant.
